How to be fit

Being fit is good. Some stuff you do make you fit, some stuff you do don’t make you fit. For example eating too much burgers is not good for you. Exercise is very good for you for example doing push ups. It may be hard but its exercises you arms and legs. Eating veggie five times a day is a good thing but eating too much veggie is not good because being too healthy is not good for you. Did you know, your body is designed to eat meat two times a week! Exercise may be good but if you do it in the night it is not good for you sleep. The more you sleep the quicker you will grow.

Now, let’s talk about not being fit but if you read this section then don’t do any of it. Here is a list of things not to do.

  1. Eating a lot of fast food.
  2. Eating a lot of food and not being active after
  3. Having an unbalanced diet.
  4. Sitting too much.
  5. Not sleeping enough
  6. Eating too much meat
  7. Eating too much that you might turn into a giant ball and roll around until you explode, or pop like a bomb! (Well just joking about that one…)
